Ravioli with ricotta and mozzarella
Ingredients :
- For the ravioli dough:
- 300g flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. basil
- salt pepper
- For the stuffing:
- 250g ricotta
- 40g mozzarella
- 100g diced ham
- salt pepper

Prepare the ravioli dough:

Beat the eggs in a bowl then add the olive oil and basil. Season with salt and pepper then add the flour and knead until you obtain a smooth dough.

Prepare the stuffing:

Mix the ricotta, diced ham and mozzarella in a bowl. Salt, pepper.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and use a glass to make circles.

Pour a spoon of stuffing in the center then close in 2.

Plunge the ravioli into a pan of boiling water. Leave to cook for 10 mins.
Tips
You can decorate your ravioli with a pesto or tomato sauce.
