Raspberry beets cocktail
To celebrate his birthday, your best friend has chosen an unusual theme: “Pink Party”. And, the height of happiness, you are appointed responsible for soft drinks. Hooray. Joy. Supreme pleasure. Breathe, red fruits are there to help you! With this beetroot and raspberry cocktail recipe, make an energy drink simply and quickly. Raspberries, even frozen, and raw beets will give your preparation a deep pink hue. All you have to do is find hourstching outfit! 😉
- 150 g red beetroot, peeled and cut into rounds
- 60g raspberry
- 25 cl of cranberry juice
- 150g stirred yoghurt
Preparation 10 minutes
Mix all the ingredients except the yogurt in a blender then sieve the mixture using a coulis sieve.
In a salad bowl, mix the preparation with the yoghurt.
Just before serving, optionally add a teaspoon of yogurt and a raspberry to your drink.
Enjoy your beetroot and raspberry cocktail right away.
To add a touch of greenery, decorate your beetroot and raspberry cocktail with a sprig of thyme or a few sprigs of chives. Do you want to bring some freshness? Simply add about twenty cucumber slices and five mint leaves.
