Raclette burger

Ingredients :
- 4 burger buns
- 4 minced steaks
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 slices of raclette cheese
- 1 red onion
- 4 tbsp. old fashioned mustard
- 2 tbsp. olive oil

Cut the burger buns in half and whoursthem in the oven for a few minutes. Wash the tomatoes and slice them into thin rounds. Peel the onion and cut them into thin rings. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them carefully.

Spread old-fashioned mustard on burger buns. Arrange a lettuce leaf, a few slices of tomatoes, a few slices of onions on each of them. Arrange the steaks and close with the second half of bread. Serve the burgers right away.
