Quince crisps
Ingredients :
- 32 quinces
- cinnamon powder
Preparation :

Preheat the oven th.4 (120°C).

Wash the quinces and cut them into thin slices.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and place the quince slices on it.

Sprinkle them with cinnamon and bake halfway up (watch the cooking closely, the time depends on the thickness of the chips).

When the top shrivels up and starts to brown, flip the chips and let them cook on the other side.
Tips
Quinces are quite hard to cut. Use a grater-slice robot if you have one, it will allow you to have thin and regular slices.
