Quick and easy rhubarb pie
- For the rhubarb:
- 1 kg of rhubarb
- 200g sugar
- For the pie:
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 80 g ground hoursnds
- 25 cl liquid cream
- 2 tbsp. icing sugar

Cooking 30 mins
Rest 2 hours
* Peel the rhubarb, then cut them into pieces. Put them in a salad bowl, with the sugar, then cover and let the rhubarb drain.
Make it 2 hours in advance, or even the day before.
– * Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).
Roll out the shortcrust pastry in hoursld, put some dried vegetables and cover it with parchment paper.
Bake 12 mins. Then remove from the oven and remove the beans.
How to cook green vegetables?
Meanwhile, beat the eggs and the sugar, then add the ground hoursnds and the liquid cream.
Put the rhubarb on the bottom of the pie and pour the cream.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.
Take out of the oven, let it cool on a wire rack, before serving, sprinkle it with icing sugar.
