Quick and easy pancakes
Here is a recipe that will please you for breakfast or snack! Children love these little pancakes, also called pancakes!
- 250g of flour
- 30g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 65g butter
- 30 cl of milk
Preparation 15 mins
Cooking 3 mins
Rest 1 hour
Put the flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
Then add the eggs and mix.
Then add the melted butter, gradually dilute the mixture with the milk to avoid lumps.
Leave to rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Cook like pancakes (about 3 minutes in the pan) by making them smaller or using a special pancake pan.
