Quick and easy Osso Bucco
Ingredients :
- 5 slices of veal
- 1/2 liter of broth
- fresh tagliatelle
- 4 tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 can of tomato puree
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 100g butter
- parsley
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 onions

- thyme and bay leaf
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt pepper

For the preparation start by seasoning the meat, then flour it.

In a large saucepan add the butter and oil and brown the meat.
