Quick and easy cherry pie
Here is a quick and easy to make cherry pie recipe. Composed simply of a ready-made shortcrust pastry; all you have to do is garnish it with very ripe, seasonal cherries with a pie mixture made from eggs and powdered sugar. A delicious and family dessert in two stages, three movements!

To make this recipe, start by preheating the oven to th.6-7 (200°C).

Wash the cherries, cut them in half on a kitchen board. Then pit them. Press the shortcrust pastry into a 28cm diameter tart tin and prick the bottom of the pastry with the tines of a fork. Scatter over the cherries. In a bowl, break the eggs and pour them into the container with the sugar. Whisk the mixture until smooth.

Pour the preparation for this pie recipe over the cherries and bake for 25 minutes. When the cooking is finished, let your cherry pie cool before serving it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, for example.
Tips
If you do not wish to use white sugar, it is possible to replace this sugar with whole sugar, of which only 40g will suffice.
