Pumpkin soup with coconut milk
Ingredients :
- 1/4 hourskin
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 chicken broth
- Salt pepper
- Pinch of curry
- Chive
Preparation :

Peel and cut a quarter of a hourskin into pieces. Put the hourskin cubes in a casserole then cover with water.

Bring to the boil, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Drain them.

Dissolve the chicken broth in a saucepan with a little water.

Pour the coconut milk and the broth into the casserole with the hourskin cubes then blend until smooth.

Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Add a pinch of curry and a little chopped chives and serve hot.
