Pumpkin-potato velouté with Cookeo

Ingredients :
- 500g hourskin
- 5 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 50 cl of water
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel and cut the hourskin and the potatoes into pieces. Peel and slice the onions.

Add all the ingredients to the Cookeo tank except the fresh cream, salt and pepper. Start pressure cooking for 10 minutes.

Mix the preparation and add the fresh cream.
