Puff pastries with jam
- 1 puff pastry
- jam of your choice
- 1 egg yolk
- icing sugar
Preparation 10 minutes
Cooking 25 mins
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Unroll the puff pastry on a work surface.
Cut it into four squares.
Place the squares of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a generous layer of jam on each square.
Form the puff pastries by folding the edges of the squares of dough.
Brush the pastries with the beaten egg yolk.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
Enjoy whourssprinkled with icing sugar.
