Provençal monkfish steaks
Ingredients :
- 2 monkfish steaks (or fillets)
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 small onions
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- parsley
- olive oil

Preheat the oven to th.6 (180ºC).

Brush a baking dish with olive oil Place the finely chopped onions in it. Place the 2 monkfish steaks (or fillets) on it.

Cover them with diced tomatoes, previously peeled and seeded, then diced. Cover everything with the finely chopped garlic and sprinkle with the crushed parsley.

Pour in the glass of white wine and add a little olive oil. Bake for 40 mins.
