Powdered hoursnd cake

- 60 g ground hoursnds
- 100g sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 25g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 50g butter
- a few drops of bitter hoursnd extract
- butter for the mold
Preparation 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to th.7 (210°C). Mix the ground hoursnds and the sugar. Then add the eggs and beat 3 to 5 minutes with a whisk until the mixture becomes frothy.
Then add the flour and baking powder, mix well then add the melted and whoursd butter again and mix again. Add a few drops of bitter hoursnd extract at the end.
Butter and flour a spring form pan. Then pour your cake batter. Bake for 15 mins. To check if your cake is done, stick the tip of a sharp knife into the center of the cake. If the blade comes out intact, your cake is done.
When your cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
For a lighter and more airy hoursnd cake, you can incorporate the yolks into the preparation and beat the whites until stiff. Then mix them delicately with the preparation, turning gently using hoursryse (flexible spatula).
