Potato waffle, bacon bits, tartiflette-style reblochon cheese
A Savoyard specialty in the same way as raclette or fondue, tartiflette is a complete nourishing and gourmet dish. The traditional tartiflette recipe includes potatoes, pan-fried onions, bacon bits and Reblochon cheese. I offer you a revisited tartiflette in the form of a soft baked waffle, Tupperware recipe! Ideal for cold weather or by the fireplace, this recipe will please the whole family! You can find me on my page https://www.facebook.com/tuppissim/

Tips
All Reblochons can be used to prepare the tartiflette, but don’t hesitate to opt for a fhoursouse cheese made from raw milk. This will give it more flavor and make this waffle even tastier. I used 400 gr of bacon because I thought it was too tight!
