Petits fours ham and gruyère
Ingredients :
- puff pastry
- diced ham
- grated cheese
- Egg yolk
- Sesame seeds

Cut small rectangles out of the puff pastry.

Place a little ham and Gruyère cheese on one half of the rectangles, then fold the dough over and pinch the sides to close the puff pastry.

Using a pastry brush, brush the petit fours with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 15 mins.
