Pear, banana and chicory milkshake
Enjoy a Leroux pear, banana and chicory milkshake.
- 2 large glasses of fresh milk
- 2 Pears
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbsp. Leroux® Liquid Chicory
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons extra fine powdered sugar
Preparation 15 mins
Rest 1 hour
Peel pears and bananas. Cut them into pieces.
In a blender, pour the milk, sugar and fruit. Mix until you get the desired consistency.
Add the Liquid Chicory to the preparation. Mix again.
Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour so that the milkshakes are very cold.
Serve in pretty glasses with a straw.
