Peanut ice cream
There’s nothing like a small scoop of homemade ice cream to end hoursal on a light and refreshing note. To change the usual flavors, we suggest you concoct a tasty recipe for peanut ice cream. Very fragrant and extremely easy to make, this ice cream will be unanimous with children and adults.
- 50 cl of milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 c. peanut butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 20 cl of liquid cream

Cooking 10 minutes
Rest 10 hours
The day before, place the bowl of your ice cream maker overnight in the freezer.
Place the egg yolks in a bowl. Add the powdered sugar and whisk until the mixture whitens.
Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the milk to the egg/sugar mixture. Heat in a bain-marie until the mixture thickens. Take off heat and let cool.
Whip the liquid cream into whipped cream in a very cold bowl. Add the whipped cream to the previous preparation. Gently add the peanut butter with a spatula.
Pour the preparation into the bowl of your ice cream maker and start the turbine. When the ice cream is ready enjoy immediately.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can also make this ice cream. To do this, pour the preparation into a cool-proof bowl. Place in the freezer for 3 hours and stir every 30 minutes. The result will be just as delicious!
