passion fruit juice
Here is a hyper-vitamin recipe: the passion fruit juice recipe. It is an exotic fruit juice and full of vitamins. You can drink it as it is or use it to deglaze your meat or fish.
- 4 purple passion fruits (200 to 230 gr.)
- 1 coffee cup of water)
Preparation 10 minutes
Take your passion fruits, wash them and cut them in half.
Empty them with a spoon. Pour the contents into a bowl fitted with a colander. Press the pulp well into the strainer to extract as much pulp as possible. Then pour the cup of water little by little over the pips, continuing to extract the rest of the pulp by pressing with the spatula on the sides of the sieve.
Finally, remove the seeds and scrape the sieve to collect the juice.
You can deglaze your meats with juice, or use it in raw fish recipes for example.
