Phourssan carrot/zucchini chips
A very quick baked chips recipe!
Ingredients :
- 4 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 100 grams grated phourssan
- salt pepper
Preparation :

Grate the carrots and zucchini.

Add the phourssan, salt and pepper, and mix

Spread small heaps of the mixture on baking paper and crush them.

Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.
