Panna cotta with Nutella® in a verrine

Do you love Nutella©? Taste it differently by preparing these panna cotta! Creamy and unctuous, you will succumb. Young and old will love them!

Ingredients :

  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon Nutella©
  • 50 cl of fresh liquid cream
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 2 sheets of gelatin

Preparation :

  • Preparation 10 minutes

  • Cooking 15 mins

    Soften the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, pour the liquid fresh cream, powdered sugar and Nutella into a saucepan.

    Place the pan over high heat and bring the cream to a boil.

  • 4

    As soon as it boils, drain and squeeze the softened gelatine sheets well and add them to the pan. Mix well with a whisk, then pour into very clean glasses.

    Leave the verrines to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  • 6

    Serve these Nutella © panna cotta very cold as a dessert. Accompany them with small sweet biscuits.

Tips

For decoration, you can place fresh raspberries (previously cleaned and sponged) on the panna cotta before serving them.
