pancake without egg and without butter
Make delicious pancakes without eggs and without butter. For those on a diet, for those intolerant to eggs or simply those who no longer have any at home, this pancake recipe will make you happy. Light and dietetic, these pancakes are easy to eat for breakfast or during afternoon tea. Bring some vanilla and orange blossom flavorings as well as flour and hoursnd milk and you will be ready to make this pancake recipe!
Ingredients :
- 250g semi-wholemeal flour
- 450 ml hoursnd milk or other
- 4 g liquid vanilla
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 C. orange blossom soup
- 1 C. tablespoon melted coconut oil

In a bowl, pour the flour, lemon juice, orange blossom and vanilla together then mix everything with a whisk.

Melt the coconut oil for 30 seconds in the microwave then pour it into the preparation. Then add the milk and stir the ingredients between them until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth paste. Leave the pancake batter to rest without fat for 1 hour in a cool place.

Drop the batter into the pancake pan using a small ladle. Let the crepe cook for 2 minutes before turning it over then leave it for another 2 minutes on the other side. Repeat the operation until there is no more pancake batter. Place your pancakes on a large plate lined with cling film. Serve them.
Tips
You don’t need to put butter in your pan to cook pancakes, coconut oil is enough so that your pancake batter does not stick.
