Pancake batter with the Thermomix
This pancake batter recipe with the Thermomix makes it very easy and quick to make delicious pancakes to delight young and old alike. Yum !

Ingredients :
- 500ml milk
- 250g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 20g butter
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 C. vanilla sugar
Preparation :

Cut the butter into pieces.

Put them in the bowl of the Thermomix and melt them at 70°C on speed 1 for 1 min 30.

Add the flour, eggs, salt and vanilla sugar to the bowl. Finally pour the milk in.

Blend at speed 6 for 20 seconds.

Pour the pancake batter into a bowl. Close it with stretch film and let the dough rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

To cook the pancakes, heat a non-stick pan, pour a little pancake batter (using a ladle) into it and spread evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Flip using a flat spatula (or by flipping it in the air if you’re reckless!) to cook both sides. The pancakes can be enjoyed hot, whoursor cold according to taste!
Tips
Also remember to flavor your pancake batter with the Thermomix for an even tastier and more personalized result! For example, sprinkle your pancake batter with lemon or orange zest, sprinkle it with a dash of rum or grand marnier, or why not orange blossom water. Another idea is that beer or cider can add a rustic flavor to your pancakes, while helping it “puff up” when it sits. The pancakes will only be softer!
