Pan-fried button mushrooms
Quick, economical and easy to prepare, this pan-fried button mushroom recipe has it all. Delicately flavored with this perfect combination of white wine, parsley, garlic, onion, shallot and parsley, the mushrooms reveal their subtle and delicate flavors. Simple, this recipe is no less effective!
Ingredients :
- 800g large button mushrooms
- 10 cl of dry white wine
- 10 sprigs of parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 onions
- 1 shallot
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- ½ bunch of parsley

Peel the mushrooms, remove the end of their tails and cut them into quarters. Slice the shallot, onions and garlic very finely then chop the parsley.

In a lightly oiled sauté pan or wok over low heat, sauté the onion, shallot and garlic for 5 minutes, until the shallot becomes translucent. Stir occasionally with a wooden spatula. Add the mushrooms and pour the white wine. Season to taste and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes without covering.
Tips
This recipe is ideal to accompany turkey or chicken cutlets, as an accompaniment to rice, wheat, bulgur or quinoa for example. This pan-fried Paris mushrooms is a light alternative to approaching the famous creamy escalope to enjoy without feeling guilty!
