Oriental beets

Ingredients :
- 4 red beets (cooked)
- 1 orange (+ its zest)
- 50 g raisins
- juice of a fresh lemon
- 2 tbsp. rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch of cumin

Dice the beets into small dice.

Using a grater, remove the zest from the orange then cut the orange into quarters.

In a bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice and cumin seeds.

Add beets, raisins and orange wedges and sprinkle with zest. Mix, and leave for 10 minutes before serving.
