Orange, banana and apple smoothie

Easy and quick to prepare, this smoothie is a great way to treat yourself while doing good for your body.
- 2 bananas
- 2 oranges
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation 5 minutes
Squeeze the oranges and pour their juice into the bowl of your blender.
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Add them to the bowl of your blender.
Peel, core and cut the apples into pieces and place them in the bowl of your blender. Add the powdered sugar.
Mix everything for a few moments to obtain a homogeneous smoothie. Divide the smoothie between two glasses and enjoy immediately.
According to your desires, you can perfectly replace the powdered sugar with agave syrup or liquid honey. Depending on the season, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender jug before blending. You will get a fruity and very refreshing smoothie!
