Onion soup with Cookeo
Onion soup is a traditional dish of French cuisine. Legend has it that this soup was invented by King Louis XV late at night, when he had only onions, butter and champagne in his reserves. Today, different versions exist. Here is our Cookeo onion soup recipe, nothing could be simpler and quicker!

Ingredients :
- 1 kg of onions
- 1 liter of water
- 1 cube of vegetables
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 1 C. sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel and chop the onions. Dilute the vegetable cube in the water.

In the Cookeo tank, put the oil, onions, sugar, then start your robot in browning mode. Let come back for 5 minutes. Add the flour then mix.

Add the vegetable broth, salt and pepper, then program 10 minutes in pressure cooking.

Adjust the seasoning then serve.
Tips
You can leave your robot whoursuntil it’s time to eat. For more indulgence, add croutons, grated cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
