  • water milliliters 100
  • butter grams 55
  • yeast grams 10
  • sugar grams 25
  • salt grams 8
  • flour 2×280 grams
  • egg 1

    For the breads: Heat 220 ml of milk, 100 ml of water and 55 g of butter in a saucepan. In a small glass, pour 10g of baker’s yeast and 25g of sugar then a little of the water, milk and butter mixture. Mix and let the yeast act. Let the rest of the milk cool in the pan and add an egg. In the bowl of your food processor, place 280 g of flour and add your yeast mixture. Then, using the food processor, beat for a few moments and add your lukewhoursmilk little by little. After 2 minutes, gradually add the remaining 280 g of flour. Finish by adding 8 g of salt to your preparation. Flour your work surface with a pinch of flour. Finish kneading the dough and make small balls that you will place in a large mold covered with baking paper. To make them swell, let them rest in the oven for 30 minutes at 60°C or, preferably, above your hot oven. You can brush your balls of dough with a beaten egg yolk and add the seeds of your choice. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C. All you have to do is let them cool down, then garnish them with the elements of your burger.
