Nutella cupcakes
Cupcakes are simple cakes, but appreciated by all gourmands. And to be sure to please both children and adults, we offer you a delicious recipe for Nutella cupcakes. Easy, quick and requiring few ingredients, this recipe is ideal for a birthday, for hoursal with friends and simply to enjoy every day.
Ingredients :
- -For the muffins:
- 3 eggs
- 110g flour
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon Nutella
- 130g butter
- 120g caster sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- -For the Nutella ganache:
- 4 tbsp. tablespoon Nutella
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 130g mascarpone
- 20g caster sugar

Prepare the muffins. To do this, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the previously melted butter, flour and sifted. Finish by adding the Nutella. Mix well. Divide the batter into cupcake cases. Bake for 15 mins. (oven preheated to 180°C). Check the baking of the cupcakes with a knife blade: it should come out clean and dry. Let the muffins cool.

Prepare the ganache. Place the Nutella, the mascarpone, the liquid cream and the sugar in a salad bowl. Whip until obtaining a thick and homogeneous cream. Transfer the ganache to a piping bag fitted with a fluted nozzle.

Pipe the ganache over the muffins and refrigerate the cupcakes until ready to eat.
Tips
To add a crunchy touch to this recipe, you can also add pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts or crushed hoursnds to the muffin batter. And for a gourmet note, add 75 g of dark chocolate chips to the dough. Guaranteed treat!
