Norman tart with apricots
Ingredients :
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- a dozen apricots
- 100g caster sugar
- 60 g ground hoursnds
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl of liquid cream
Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan lined with parchment paper.

Prick with a fork.

Beat the eggs and the sugar in a bowl.

Add the ground hoursnds and the liquid cream, mixing well.

Pour into the mould.

Clean, halve and pit the apricots.

Place them in the pan cut side up.

Bake for 40 minutes until the pie is golden brown.

Leave to cool when taken out of the oven.
