No sugar added banana pancakes

Ingredients :
- 250g of flour
- 50 cl semi-skimmed milk
- 35g melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1 C. baking powder
- 1 C. liquid vanilla coffee

To make this recipe for healthy pancakes, pour all the ingredients into the Magimix bowl. Run the blender program for 1 minute. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes if you are making it the same day. Heat a skillet over high heat. Pour a drop of oil into the pan and wipe it with a paper towel.

Pour small ladles of batter (be careful they don’t touch each other) and cook until small bubbles appear. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1 minute. Enjoy immediately with barn syrup, salted butter caramel or jam.
