No sugar added banana pancakes

These banana pancakes without added sugar are not only gourmet and tasty but they also have the advantage of having a low glycemic index. This pancake recipe is therefore suitable for diabetics. Find my gourmet recipes on my blog https://www.delicesetpatisseries.com

Ingredients :

  • 250g of flour
  • 50 cl semi-skimmed milk
  • 35g melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1 C. baking powder
  • 1 C. liquid vanilla coffee

Preparation :

  • Preparation 5 minutes

  • Cooking 15 mins

  • Rest 30 mins

    To make this recipe for healthy pancakes, pour all the ingredients into the Magimix bowl. Run the blender program for 1 minute. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes if you are making it the same day. Heat a skillet over high heat. Pour a drop of oil into the pan and wipe it with a paper towel.

    Pour small ladles of batter (be careful they don’t touch each other) and cook until small bubbles appear. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1 minute. Enjoy immediately with barn syrup, salted butter caramel or jam.
