morning detox juice

- 1/3 pineapple
- 20 spinach leaves
- 1/4 cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 lime
Preparation 10 minutes
Remove the skin from the pineapple and the hard part at the core, then cut it into pieces. Wash the spinach leaves. Also wash the cucumber then roughly chop it. Wash the celery stalks and cut them into sections. Cut the lime in half and squeeze it to extract the juice. Reserve it in a bowl.
In a juice extractor or blender, make the juice. Put the fruits and vegetables in it then add the lime juice. Then mix 1 to 2 min on normal speed until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous detox juice.
Then pour the vegetable fruit juice into a glass and drink it for breakfast. Decorate it, if you wish, with a few ice cubes for more freshness.
This detox recipe, although rich in vitamins and minerals, may be too filling for some. To drink your detox juice more easily, dilute it with a little water.
