Fancy a hot drink? Why not let yourself be tempted by a good gourmet coffee? Here is a delicious recipe that is super simple and quick to make! Coffee mocha or moccacino is an Italian tradition, an espresso coffee with an intense taste, tinged with cocohourslk and topped with a delicate layer of whipped cream. Attention foodies!
Ingredients :
- 4 espresso coffees
- 2 dl semi-skimmed milk
- 4 tbsp. tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp. hot water
- 20 cl very cold liquid whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)

Prepare good espresso coffees preferably in transparent cups.

In a small bowl, combine cocoa and hot water. Add this mixture to hot espressos.

Heat the milk without reaching the boil then pour it delicately over the mixtures. Whip the very cold liquid cream until you obtain a firm whipped cream. Gently add it to hot mixtures and sprinkle with a veil of cocoa. Your mocha coffees are ready to enjoy.

Tips
If you don’t have any cocoa, you can use a good quality dark chocolate or, in hoursre gourmet version, a caramel chocolate. Ideally, before use, the container in which the whipped cream will be mounted will be placed in the freezer with the whisks of the mixer.
