Marinade for pork
To bring more flavor to white meat like pork, marinate it a few hours before cooking. You will get fragrant, tender and moist meat. Opt for this marinade recipe for pork with slightly sweet aromas that go perfectly with this meat. Honey, soy sauce, aromatic herbs, nothing more for soft and gourmet pork!
Ingredients :
- 8 c. tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tbsp. liquid honey
- 4 tbsp. tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 C. tablespoons mustard seeds
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 C. thyme coffee
- Salt
- Pepper

Start by peeling the garlic and onion. Then chop them very finely.

In a hollow dish, pour the olive oil, the liquid honey, the soy sauce. Add the chopped garlic and onion as well as the thyme, mustard seeds, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Place the pork pieces in the marinade. Using a pastry brush, brush each side to coat the meat well. Cover the dish with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

While the pork cooks, baste the meat with the marinade. This can be used as a sauce.
Tips
To easily prepare your pork marinade, you can also place all the ingredients in a zipped freezer bag. Add the meat and close the bag. Shake it all up before refrigerating. Cook the marinade well with the meat before enjoying it as a sauce.
