Marco Polo salad

- 200g pasta
- 12 surimi sticks
- 1 red pepper
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- salt pepper

Cook the pasta in a pan of salted water. When they are cooked, drain them and let them cool.
Immerse the pepper in a pan of boiling water and let it blanch for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain it and peel it gently. Cut the bell pepper into small dice.
