Marble cake with Thermomix®
Ingredients :

Sugar

Soft butter

Bitter cocoa powder
20g -
liquid vanilla
1 C. coffee -

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Pour the sugar and the butter into the bowl of the food processor and mix for 1 minute at speed 5. Add the eggs one by one through the closed lid while continuing to mix at speed 5. Add the flour, yeast and only 30 g of milk and mix again for 20 seconds at speed 5.

Divide the mixture in half into two bowls.

Add the vanilla to one of the batters, mixing well and pour it into a buttered mold.

Add the cocoa powder to the second dough, adding 30 g of sugar and 20 g of milk. Mix well and pour all over the vanilla batter in the mold.

Using a knife, make marbling in the pasta.

Bake for 40 minutes.
