Maple syrup pancakes
Serve whoursand drizzle with maple syrup, a real delight!
- 250g of flour
- 30 cl of milk
- 1 C. yeast
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation 20 mins
Cooking 2 min
Rest 30 mins
Put the flour in a bowl with the sugar, salt and yeast.
Mix then add the milk then the beaten eggs and the butter.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with a little butter, pour a small ladle of batter, as soon as bubbles appear on the surface, turn it over for about 1 min on each side.
