The beautiful days are back, the sun is shining, the future meals on the terrace are felt… I suggest you take off on a trip with this mango mojito (available in alcoholic or virgin version), choose quality ingredients for a tasty exotic cocktail! To be consumed in moderation of course. Find other cocktail recipes with or without alcohol on my Cook A Life blog! by Maeva: https://cookalifebymaeva.blogspot.fr/
- 1/2 mango (fresh or frozen)
- a few mint leaves
- 3 tbsp. cane sugar syrup (or brown whole sugar or other sugar if not available)
- 160 milliliters of sparkling water (320 ml for a virgin mojito without alcohol)
- 1 squeezed lime
- 10 cl of white rum
- ice cubes or crushed ice
Preparation 10 minutes
Dice the flesh of the mango and pour into two cocktail glasses. If you use frozen mango, do not thaw it, cut it with a very sharp knife directly and pour them into the glasses.
How to degerm garlic?
Add a few whole mint leaves and the sugar syrup or powdered sugar.
Cover with sparkling water. Crush the mango and mint (and powdered sugar) with a pestle (I don’t have one but I use a big wooden spoon).
Add the lime juice, white rum (or sparkling water or other neutral carbonated drink) and ice cubes (optional if using frozen mango). Decorate with straws, lime slices, sprigs of mint, as desired and enjoy chilled!
