Mango Guacamole
Ingredients :
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 ripe mango
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 sprig of coriander
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 serrano pepper (small fresh green pepper), deseeded
- 1 C. lime juice

Peel the avocados, remove the pits and mash their flesh with a fork.

Peel the mango, remove the pits and cut the flesh into small dice.

Add the diced mango to the crushed avocados, then the lemon juice and salt before mixing.

Peel and chop the onion, chilli and coriander. Add to the mixture and serve.
