Lumpfish Egg Canapes
You can use shoursn roe or cod liver instead of lumpfish roe. According to taste! Everyone will love it!
Ingredients :
- 4 cans of lumpfish eggs
- 1 loaf of bread or a piece of string
- salted butter

Cut your baguette into 2 cm slices and spread butter on them.

Add about a 1/2 tsp. coffee eggs on each small square. It’s ready !
