Liège coffee
Ingredients :
- caster sugar to taste
- 4 cups of strong coffee
- 15 cl fresh cream
- impalpable sugar to taste
- 8 scoops of Café Carte d’Or ice cream
- fudge chocolate shavings
Preparation :

Slightly sweeten the coffee and let it cool in the refrigerator.

Whip the crème fraîche and the impalpable sugar.

Serve 2 scoops of ice cream per individual cup.

Sprinkle them with iced coffee and cover them completely with whipped cream.

Garnish with chocolate shavings.
