Lemon icecream
Ingredients :
- 3 untreated lemons
- 250g sugar
- 1 C. lemon zest
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 1 pinch of salt

Mix the juice of 3 lemons with the sugar and zest.

Add very slowly to the milk, stirring well to allow the sugar to dissolve completely, add the salt, then put in the ice cream maker, chill in the freezer for 4 hours.
