Lemon Fish Burger
- 4 white breads
- 4 pieces of white fish, 120 g each
- 1 lemon
- 4 carrots
- 4 red onions
- plain flour
- salt pepper
- bottled tomato sauce

Wash all the vegetables several times in cold water.
Peel the carrots and onions.
Carve an onion
On a kitchen board, cut the carrots into sticks and the onions into rings.
Wash the lemon and cut it into wedges.
Take the loaves and cut them in half.
Toast them lightly in the toaster.
Wash the fish steaks then pat them dry.
Pour 2 tbsp. flour in a baking dish.
Turn the fish over in this flour then season with salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and brown the floured fish in it, allowing 3 minutes on each side or less, depending on their thickness.
Apply mayonnaise on the lower part of the buns, and close with the upper part of the buns.
Serve in a serving dish with lemon wedges, which you will squeeze over the fish, carrots and onions.
If you wish, you can add tomato slices and a few lettuce leaves to your fish burger
Enjoy with bottled tomato sauce.
