Lemon detox drink
Lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup, here is a tasty homemade detox drink with multiple benefits. Lemon and chilli stimulate the digestive system thus helping in weight loss. Ideal for breakfast or as part of a detox cure, this drink will allow you to fill up on vitamins. Consume several times a week for more efficiency.
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (cayenne pepper)
- 1/2 liter hot water
Preparation 10 minutes
Cooking 5 minutes
Take the juice of a lemon. Pour the juice into a carafe. Add the pinch of cayenne pepper and the maple syrup.
Cover with water, previously heated. Mix everything well. Drink this healthy drink hot or cold.
You can slightly modify this detox drink according to your tastes and desires. For example, replace maple syrup with liquid honey and Cayenne pepper with ground ginger.
