Lactose free lemon tart
- 1 shortcrust pastry without butter
- 150g sugar
- 50g vegetable margarine, melted
- 3 eggs
- juice of 3 lemons
- lemon slices
Preparation 15 mins
Cooking 30 mins
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Spread the dough in a pie pan lined with parchment paper.
Beat the sugar with the eggs in a bowl until you get a frothy mixture.
Add the lemon juice and margarine and mix well.
Pour the mixture over the dough.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Leave to cool when removed from the oven.
Serve garnished with lemon slices.
