- 750g minced beef
- 1 C. coffee cumin
- 1 C. paprika
- 1 C. coriander
- 1 C. tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 5 peeled tomatoes

In a salad bowl, mix the minced meat with the parsley, coriander and cumin. Salt, pepper and mix.
Wet your hands and shape into balls.
Peel and mince the garlic and onion.

Heat the olive oil in a casserole. Sauté the garlic and onion, stirring occasionally.
Add the tomatoes and mash them. Add salt and pepper.
Add the paprika and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the meatballs to the sauce and mix.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
