Kiwi-cucumber smoothie
Mint green, bottle green… If these colors are familiar to you, you may be familiar with the kiwi-cucumber-lime shade! No really ? Follow our catch-up session with this green kiwi smoothie. First observation: its unique green evokes healthy and fresh food. Second observation: its kiwi flavor is subtly enhanced by the acidity of the lime… Conclusion: an ideal smoothie recipe for breakfast. To be made in a blender, in less time than it takes to taste it!
Ingredients :
- 1 cucumber peeled and cut into pieces
- 12 kiwis peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 lime
- 1 C. grated ginger

In a blender, mix the kiwis, lime juice, ginger and cucumber.

Enjoy your kiwi-cucumber smoothie chilled, decorated with a few black sesame seeds to recall kiwi seeds.
Tips
Ginger is easier to store in powder or frozen than if it is fresh. Don’t be afraid to forget it as soon as you buy it: many healthy recipes recommend the use of this rhizome… Especially to spice up green smoothies;)
