Kiwi banana smoothie
Treat yourself to this tasty kiwi banana smoothie to enjoy with a straw. Take a dose of energy in the morning with this drink filled with vitamins and without added sugar!
Ingredients :
- 70 cl semi-skimmed milk
- 2 bananas
- 3 kiwi fruit
- 8 ice cubes

Peel the bananas and kiwis. Cut the bananas into slices and the kiwis into pieces. In a blender, mix the bananas with the milk.

Add the kiwis and blend again until smooth. Pour into each glass and serve with 2 ice cubes.
Tips
For vegans, you can replace the milk with a vegetable drink. And for the others, opt for the yogurt version with a hint of honey!
