Juicer banana juice
The banana is one of the few fruits that is difficult to squeeze, its generous flesh does not release water. So let’s trick it by combining it with other more watery fruits to prepare delicious non-alcoholic cocktails for gourmet aperitifs!

- 1 pear
- 1 banana

Peel the apple and the pear. Cut the stems off the fruit and hollow them out. Using a knife, prepare large cubes of apple and pear.

Dip these cubes into the bowl of your juicer and squeeze them. Collect the juice in a pitcher.

Peel the banana and put it in your blender. Add the apple-pear juice and mix at full power until you obtain a perfectly smooth texture.
