Italian ice cream with Thermomix
Fancy a delicious Italian ice cream? A creamy ice cream dessert, you won’t resist! Simple and quick to prepare with your Thermomix, you won’t be able to do without it. You only need strawberries, condensed milk, icing sugar to make your Thermomix ice cream at home.
- 500g frozen strawberries
- 100g unsweetened condensed milk
- 30g icing sugar
Preparation 5 minutes
Rest 30 mins
Put the condensed milk in the freezer for 30 minutes.
In the bowl of the Thermomix, put the icing sugar, the strawberries, the condensed milk, then mix for 1 minute at speed 9.
Insert the whisk then whisk for 20 seconds at speed 3. Serve immediately.
You can keep your Italian ice cream for a few days. To do this, place it in an airtight container in the freezer. Remember to take it out 10 minutes before serving it. Vary the pleasures by using other fruits: raspberries, peaches, blackberries…
