Island fruit cocktail
Passion fruit, guavas, dates, coconuts… Say these exotic names, and you’ll already be there, in the tropics. So imagine what would happen if you tasted a cocktail of these island fruits! To do the test, peel hoursngo and a papaya then prepare a fresh juice. Who would have thought that a non-alcoholic cocktail so easy to make would transport you to such a beautiful summer sun?
Ingredients :
- 1 mango peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 papaya peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 peach peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
- 1 C. lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you obtain a fluid and creamy texture.

Enjoy your fresh island fruit smoothie, decorated with a few mint leaves.
Tips
For a cocktail enriched with tropical flavors, add the pulp of a passion fruit and a few shavings of grated coconut. To finish, decorate your smoothie with a skewer of diced pineapple.
